Antique Victorian agate and 12k gold oval brooch.  The stone is a translucent smooth medium domed flat back cabochon in a simple 12k gold bezel setting.  Measures 36mm x 26mm. Stone thickness 7.4mm.  The stone has a lovely reflective high polish. Tests for 12k.  Pinback has been replaced, otherwise original condition.
